I can't find my preordered album!

I pre-oredered an album which was released August 4th and I can't find it anywhere. It hasn't downloaded and I've tried purchasing it again, but I can't because it comes up 'already purchased'! Any help would be much appreciated, as I am a total loss of how to find my album!
