anyone got any suggestions as to how I can go about gettings back into the settings menu?

do a reset, no data loss. HOld down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

hi, I have just set up a new iphone 4 and in settings I activated the imessage facility ok, selecting my own number which was greyed out plus my email address but I cant get off this page? If I close settings and re open it takes me back to the same page
