Menu driven presentations without DVDs

For years I've been producing menu driven presentations with DVD Studio Pro for people in the field to present on their DVD playing laptops. We're now moving to Macbooks WITHOUT DVD players. My question is what software do I use to create menu driven presenatations (including text and video) that can be played off a flash drive? Or internal hard drive?

I've never used Power Point. Is there something called Presenter? Something else?

Would love to know how you are making the transition to DVD-less laptops. Much appreciated friends!

Take the Build folders that are created by DVDSP (VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS) put them into a new folder. Copy that folder to a thumb drive. Use the DVD Player or VLC application to view it. You don't really need to do much different than you already do.
