My phone has been saying that I need to plug into iTunes to restore my phone before I can receive or make outgoing calls. I did this last night and performed the restore on my phone. Well today, it is once again telling me I need to connect to iTunes and I can not use the phone at all. What do I need to do, why is this occuring?

Did you restore the phone as new or from a backup? Because you have to restore it as new, not from a backup. You can restore it from a backup AFTER restoring it as new.
