how do I access the cd burner diagnostics test on the latest iTunes program??
I just downloaded the newest available iTunes version on my hp pavilion dv7 (11-19-2013) & my disc burner/driver/software cannot be found. Where is the diagnostics area for checking my burner(s) info? Used to be in the "Help" dropdown, but no longer!!
