merge itunes libraries

Hello.

I have two itunes libraries on a single external hard drive.

The external hard drive is bootable and can run the Moutain Lion OS.

I want to merge the two libraires, but not the podcasts, or dupulicate the songs in the music directory.

After I boot up the external disk's Operating System and start Itunes and its default drive (the main library on the disk). How do I merge the other library without dublicating the songs? There is probually not enough room to merge both libraiers.
