Can't download prepurchased album

I prePURCHASED an album and received the 'click to download' email but the link goes nowhere. In the ITunes store the album is listed as 'purchased'. There is no option for me to check for available downloads on my iPhone when in the store. Under my recently purchased the album doesn't even shw up! I received a receipt for the purchase...
