Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Sorry to that there is an issue with some of your purchased songs. First, I recommend trying to delete the problematic songs and redownload the songs from your past purchases.
Follow these steps to delete the song from your iPhone:
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.
I found the steps to do this on page 61 of the iPhone User Guide (http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf ):
You can follow the steps in the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on iOS" in the article below to redownload the songs directly to your iPhone. You can also find steps to download the songs to your computer as well in the same article:
