I have a problem with my iPhone 4, iTunes doesn't recognizee the device. The "sync" button is gray. But the laptop can recognize importing pictures, videos etc. Plus in the general setting it says that "Sync will resume when [computer name] is available.
iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3, Windows 7
Click View more Autoplay options in Control Panel and select Do nothing.
Sorry but it didn't help. Do you know any way to solve the problem? plus this message on the setting is bothering me 😟

tried everything on that list. still itunes doesn't recognize my iphone. no summary, no device found 😟
Plug the iPhone in for a miunte then unplug it.
Do not eject it in iTunes.
