So what's people current setup, have you got your airport time capsule set to auto or. Are you manually selecting channels. What's best. I've tried changing on my airport utility app but when I go back in its gone back to auto. I'm guessing I have to change it within the time capsule.

Auto is fine where you do not have a lot of conflicting wireless around you.. IMHO it is better in high density wifi areas to fix things..
If the channels are set to fixed and come back as auto then the setting is not working.. there is no other way to access the settings on the TC other than airport utility.. but you must use the latest one for AC new models.. and you need ipv6 turned on to local link.
Just had a look my ipv6 is set to automatic
Apple belatedly realised that several major changes had been done to the TC and AE.. AC model.. is this what you have??
