Syncing IPod to Laptop confusion

Okay im kinda new and not smart. So i have an ipod with a completely different library and itunes account, and i want to sync it to my windows laptop/my current itunes library. i dont want to delete songs from my laptop or from the ipod. Is this possible some way? i hope this makes some sense
