bluetooth headset

hi i just find a new macbook air 13" i use pair my headset which a bose ae2w, the head set working very well with the ipad and my old macbook pro, but once it's connected with the macbook air something were no right, i can hearted voice by the headset when i play music by itunes, but i don't think that's the sound is right, i mean the headset were very well mad and it's produce very nice sound when i was use it play on ipad, but once it's work with the air........it's like listening music through a phone call, please can someone tell me where is not right, or have to change setting somewhere?
