Hi I need DU to format a new 500Gb seagate Expansation HD but I do not have the install disk I think it was upgraded on the internet anyone got ides cheers

Hi Yes and I have an install disk for 10,4 OSX & when I tried the press 'C' key nothing happened so I thought that is the wrong OSX Disc for my 10.5.8 running OS.
Since I have seen elsewhere to use a remote because the aluminium usb keyboard has this particular defect ? c heers ray
Have you tried using the Leopard (10.5) disk and reinstalling Leopard?
