Problems downloading certain emails

For some reason my iPhone is not downloading emails from a certain email address. I can see them in my hotmail account, but they don't show up on iPhone mail. It has worked previously, but stopped in the last month. I can view all other emails, even ones from the same email service. Any ideas?
