I just installed this new version and it just keep asking that I should have a developper's licence to use it!! When is version 2.0.4 coming out for people like me (normal user)?

You aren't supposed to have iOS 7 without being being a licensed developer.
I just tried signing in and it worked for me...
I never heard of ios7. Appstore just indicated that a new version of Find my phone was availlable and I Upgraded it.
I just did some further research on this and it seems that Apple released an update that was desiged to work with iOS 7 prematurely. If you aren't a licensed developer using iOS 7, just delete it and wait until they release a version that will work with iOS 6. I'm sure they are aware of the problem so it shouldn't be long.
Many of my other Apple Apps "want" to be updated by appstore... I guess I should then wait for those or my phone is going to be paralyzed!!
Only Find my iPhone has got this issue. You can update the rest of applications without any problem
I don't think you need to wait on any other updates. BTW, one user just reported that the Find My iPhone update is now working for them (see https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5255806?tstart=0).
