Q: a question re payment

Hi i am new to itunes and downloading. i have been emailed a bill for downloading music.i have a paypal acc but wasnt given the option to pay via paypal.i thoughyt paypal is connected to my debit card,so payment comes out,but when looking at my paypal transaction .nothings come out.i dont want to get into debt,what do i do?

    What sort of payment method did you provide when you set up the account? If you were not offered PayPal as a payment option, you would have had to provide either a credit card or a prepaid iTunes card to set up the account.
