Q: Changing to a different Apple ID account

In order to stop a mad woman from harassing me via iMessage the only solution is to change my phone number and change my apple ID. If I do that won't i lose all my purchased music bought under the old account?

You won't lose it, but you won't be able to transfer it to the new one.

Don't create a new AppleID.
Just update the old one with a new email address.
