i am having trouble accessing itunes match and itunes in the cloud

i am having trouble accessing itunes match and itunes in the cloud on my macbook air i did just about everything this happened once before and dont know if its a server issue but it works on my apple tv as well thanks

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
