weird email error message

Hi - when checking my inbox on my iphone4, I get the message "Cannot Get Mail - the account Big Pond is in use on another device". Then mail proceeds to download anyway, and duplicates those downloads next time I check in. suggestions appreciated.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

Would you have the email signed into on another iphone, ipad, ipod or smartphone?


Are your incoming and outgoing mail servers correct?. You may need to double check this with Telstra.


Also because bigpond mail is a POP account you may need to try the steps in this article:
