Hi - when checking my inbox on my iphone4, I get the message "Cannot Get Mail - the account Big Pond is in use on another device". Then mail proceeds to download anyway, and duplicates those downloads next time I check in. suggestions appreciated.

Would you have the email signed into on another iphone, ipad, ipod or smartphone?
Are your incoming and outgoing mail servers correct?. You may need to double check this with Telstra.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll fumble my way through that link you kindly provided - yes, we do have email signed in on 2 iPhones and an iPad on our wifi setup. Fingers crossed.
