i cant delete photos off photo stream

hi

i cant delete any photos off my photostream on my ipad.

they were synced off my computer as they were originally taken on my camera, however the photo stream file on my laptop is empty and they are still showing on my ipad.i have even turned off photostream syncing.

what can i do please?
