Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your phone number and email address from your post.
As the reply that you've posted says, you may need to wait 48 hours to get a proper reply from iTunes Support. If you don't get a reply within that time then try contacting them again with your case id
