When I try to go on the itunes store I receive the following error message: AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED (0x80092013) I can't get past this, I've tried various online down load suggestions with no success, any ideas??

When I attempt to access the itunes store I receive the following error message:

Any ideas? I've tried every download reccomended on the net no success?
