I can't use maps and apps related maps in my iPhone 5

Hi,

I have problem with using maps and apps related maps on my iPhone 5. By maps, I mean Apple Maps and Google Maps, and it only happen when I use 3G data connection, but when I use wifi, it works fine. The maps will load, I can search places.

I can open the maps apps and it shows the current location but when I try to see other location, all I can see is grid for a long time and suddenly it shows "No Service" or sometimes I get message like "Maps cannot connect to the internet"

Also I cannot search anything using maps, and apps like Foursquare.

Can you guys tell me what's wrong with my phone? Thank you in advance.

Btw, I live in Indonesia.
