Hi,
I wanted to buy coin in a application and it required security question. I don't remmember the security question I answered when I was creating my apple account, and there is no option such a "Reset my sequrity question" in my account managment.
What should I do to address this problem?

The second link requires serial number of my device which is out of service, I sent my case in first link, I hope my problem get addressed.
