It will cost you approximately US$219.00 to US$299.00 depending on the model.

Apple will replace the entire iPad; they don't repair.

If you want the best and fastest way to get your iPad fixed Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Have your iPad replaced by paying the out of warranty repair fee.
