Q: When I connect my iPhone or my iPad, iTunes fails and closes. what can'I do to synchronise my sets?

I can't synchronise my sets (iPad or iPhone). I receive folowing message: due to a problem, "Itunes failed and will be closed by windows". I need help to solve the problem.

The best place to start is following along with ont of these Apple docs:

iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues

Does iTunes work normally in another user account or in Safe Mode?
