Valid Apple ID, but is not an iCloud account.
I am trying to run I cloud on my PC (windows 7) and get the followng message: "This is apple id is valid but not an icloud account."
So how do I sign into icloud than?

You can't create an account on a PC, you have to create it on a Mac or an iPhone etc. Once you have an account you can sign in from a PC.
You posted in the iCloud on a Mac forum, I will ask for your post to be moved to iCloud on a PC.
