Remove Lens Dirt with photoshop

Hi,

I have some footage where id didnt notice there were a coupleo f marks on the lens, how i didnt notice these is beyond me, can anyone tell me how i can remove these using photoshop and FCP 7?

i have read a post on here that says to make the still image completely black and leave the lens spots white and you should end up with a high contrast image, but my spots are black, heres an image with the spots, like i said... i have no idea how i didnt even see these when i was recording! its only really noticable on some shots, not the whole video.
