I need assistance with interactive touch of iPad

I'm attempting to create an iBook for iPads only, that will allow the reader to interact with graphical arrows and displaying numerical interpretations, using touch screen gestures and motions. I've written the book, but I need the widgets. I have no interest in profiting, just accomplishing it.
