ice number when phone is locked !?

Police, ambulance and hospitals tell us to programm a ICE (In Case of Emergency) number in our phone, so it is easy for them to contact family when we are injured or worse.

But what if you have your Iphone locked with a accescode for security to stop unauthorised people from using your phone ?

In that case emergency workers can't acces your contacts, and can't find your ICE number...

wouldn't it be smart if apple added an ICE button that can be programmed with a number by the user, to the phonecall screen that can be called without unlocking the phone....just like the 911 emergency call can be made without unlocking the phone !!

I am not going to leave my phone unprotected just so an emergency worker can call my family.....
