Q: my device does not show up on find my iphone

Why does only one of my Iphone 4s phones show up on the find my Iphone app?  Each phone is set up the same.

    Is it using the iCloud account the app is signed into when you attempt to locate it?  If not, you need to sign out, then sign into the account it is using in order to find it.

     

    If it is, and it still doesn't appear, try going to Settings>iCloud, turn Find My iPhone to Off, then after a few seconds turn it back on.  Then see if it appears.
