How to use USB 3.0 on Bootcamp

I just bought a Mac Book Pro Retina Display 15 inch, I made a disk partition using bootcamp in order to have Windows 7. I also bought an external HDD with USB 3.0, when I use it on Mac OS I get exactly the performance I want, the performance of a USB 3.0, but when I use it on Bootcamp I have the performance of a normal USB Mass Storage Device, any idea how can I get the USB 3.0 ports working correctly on my Bootcamp?

Thank you.
