Aug 24, 2013 12:06 PM in response to aniljose81by MrHoffman,★HelpfulIf you've cleaned the MacBook Pro per Apple's recommendations, and if you've tested with an external mouse or trackpad (with no issues) and are still having problems with the internal trackpad, you'll probably want to make an appointment with the local Apple Store Genius bar, or with whomever maintains your hardware.

Aug 26, 2013 10:20 AM in response to MrHoffmanby aniljose81,Thank you for the response. However, the issue stil remains so I guess I will have to take it to the apple store.
Are there any chances of anyone remotely accessing my laptop at all.?

Sep 7, 2013 11:45 PM in response to CMCSKby laxmichael,I had this happen four months ago and took it into the local Apple Store. They ran a couple diagnostic tests and then the "Genious" said "Yeah, we're going to have to send it out for repair". That took a week. They said they replaced it (I'm sure with a "refurbished" one.) Now four months later... same thing. It's a sure bet I'll have to hand it over again for another week and get another crappy refurbished part that'll have a 95% probability rate of failure.
F-n Apple.
