    Call AppleCare Support:

     

    Apple Store Customer Service at 1-800-676-2775 or visit online Help for more information.

     

    To contact product and tech support: Apple - Support - Contact Apple Support.

     

    You must arrange with them for the return of your Touch. They will issue a case number and send you a box and pre-paid shipping label to ship the Touch to Apple. When it is done they will ship it back to you pre-paid.
