AirPlay Freezing
When playing video from my MacBook Air to AppleTV using AirPlay, the video works for about five minutes then freezes on the TV whilst still working on the MacBook.
Any ideas?

Address the network issues.
First check apple tv for updates and reconnect macbook
I also have the same problem. When using AirPlay mirroring via WNDR3700v2 from Mac Mini (connected via WLAN or wired by cable LAN - the effects are the same), the Apple TV mirroring freezes after a couple of minutes of work. Then, when I switch off the clonning on OSX 10.8, Apple TV unfreezes after a couple of seconds and playback the video with 4, 5x speed (like fast forwarding the buffer).
There were no problems like this before installing Apple TV 6.0 software update. Another update, 6.0.1 or something, will not cure the problem, it still exist. I mention this because to let you know that this is not a hardware or network issue, because before updating I used Apple TV for a couple of hours in a row and never had any freezes.
Still the same problem - with Mavericks and newest ATV firmware.
Is there any option to have this fixed? Now using Airplay Mirroring is unusable - freezing after 5-10 minutes which needs switching Airplay connection off and on again is like "old-PC-and-Windows-3" historical stuff, not the top notch 2013 Apple style.
