Reseting Security Questions

I've been following instructions to reset security questions (questions I set 20 years ago and have never been asked for since) and the next steps don't seem to come up for me. I even added a second verification email and I'm still not closer to being able to down load an app. (because my password suddenly is not enough)

Where do I get to where the prompt comes up to reset security questions...not enter security questions to reset security questions.

Help would be appreciated.

Extremely frustrated.

Hey Kate

The only suggestion I can make, is in order to change your security questions you need to contact apple.

I had the same issue and couldn't resolve it on my own, however when you call Apple you will need to verify that it is really you. So make sure you have your Apple device \ know your security questions \ able to log on at Appleid.apple.com.
