Security Questions

Apparently, when I created my account and made up my security questions/answers...I got something wrong. Of the 2 questions asked to me to access my acct,, I answered them as they should be. I dont know WHY my answers aren't working....Is there a way to correct this? I need help....I dont know what or why this happened!!
