I am configuring my new apple tv and I want to see the icons on the principal screens. I can`t see the applications like netflix or youtube how can I see them without mirroring my ipad.

Netflix and Youtube are apps on the Apple TV, they should be on your main menu. What do you currently see on the menu screen?
The only apps y hay apear are computers, settings, qello and crunchyroll
Make sure location is set correctly (via settings) and that you are on your ISPs DNS (settings - network - configure DNS - automatic).
Also try a reboot to device and router.
