Propaganda em tela bloqueada (ads in locked screen)

Olá, pessoal.

Hello everybody.

I have received strange and unwanted messages(ads) through my iphone 5. The message(ads) is displayed full screen, with two buttons: "Cancel" and "Accept". Great detail is that the iPhone's screen is locked. Even in my pocket, I can trigger improperly "Accept". If I click "Cancel", traces of this message disappears completely, ie, there is no record of those ads. Look at the screenshot below I managed to capture:

User uploaded file

"Get news on your mobile and you can win smartphones, tablet, xbox and awards of R$ 1,000.00 each week. R$ 2.99 per week. Confirm and Good Luck."

"Cancel" "Accept"

This looks like some kind of script, ready to run even with the screen locked. This is very strange.

This unit has never been hacked. Bought in Apple store and always accept updates from Apple.

How do I avoid these messages appearing?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

I also received some flash messages from Vivo. Although I contacted Vivo´s support center (20141544789678 - this number is an identification of my call to them) I dare these messages will stop in a short term because the attendent did not know anything about flash messages. She kept talking about SMS. It seams it is a new commercial service from Vivo (it is common in some others Countries) and I am afraid it will be necessary that many Customers complain about it and also scalate this issue to Anatel.
