Is there any App for blocking the International calls on my phone?

Blocking making them, or blocking receiving them? To my knowledge there would not be an app that could have access to those phone APIs, as far as making the calls, and as far as receiving, only the carrier can provide true call blocking, so I'm guessing the carrier would be the one to talk to for both issues.

For security reasons, 3rd party apps don't have access to private iPhone APIs which such an app would require.

You want to stop being able to place such calls or stop receiving such calls?

If the latter, try stopping it at the source by contacting your carrier.

For the former also. Carriers can block outgoing International calls also. In fact, this is the default.

True, but the former can be stopped by simple self control.
