issue with buying subscription to NHL Gamecenter Live

Why do you believe that the feature should be available in your region? The message clearly states that it is not.

I live in Canada (Quebec) and I have the same problem.

It's not a problem. The feature simply is not available in your region. Take it up with the NHL.

I actually call NHL GameCenter support, and they said me that's because the application is not on Apple NOW. And I though they were selling this 149.99$ but they said me that they had a special offer 99.99$ for people in Canada! Yeah! So I bought it right

Well, after I call back the support, they said me they were wrong and the price 149.99$ was right BUT they will charge me at 99.99$ ahahah

SO, I got why it say it no iTunes products are currently available for purchase in your geographic region". You simply need to purchase NHL GameCenter why your NHL account and then sign in NHL GameCenter and it will works

I spoke with customer service at NHL Gamecenter today because I wanted to purchase NHL Gmamecenter Live for the 2013-14 season via the iPad app. But when I tried, the app said "no longer available". I want to buy the season through the iPad app because I have iTunes gift certificates that I want to use, which is how I paid last season. Anyway, I was told that they do not know when the iPad app will be updated and that they, customer service, have been told to tell would-be subscribers to subscribe through their website. And then you can log into the app and you're good to go. So, if you want watch now (i.e. pre-season games), grab your credit card and head to their website. I'm going to wait for the start of the regular season to see if I can subscribe via the iPad app and use my iTunes gift certificates.

So I'm having the same issues with not being bale to get NHL Game Center on my apple TV. I've purchased it on the NHL Game Center site. But have nothing but last years season on my Apple TV...

Hi @Stoski. You may have already done this, but since purchasing the new season have you tried signing in and out of the NHL Game Center app on Apple TV?

I am having the same problem as Stoski. any help would be appreciated.

So annoying! Have you tried contacting their customer support? I called once and spoke to an agent in minutes. I've also emailed and received a response within 24 hours. As a short-term solution, if you have an iPhone or iPad you can AirPlay from the app to Apple TV. If you find a solution, please post. Good luck.

I called customer support and the message before you speak to anyone says that there are no preseason games being shown on gamecenter. I've tried on my Ipad as well and not showing any games, however the games are being shown online. It's a bit confusing. Regular season starts next week so if there is an issue when the first games are on, it might not be pretty.

I'll be patient until then .....
