Unable to join Safari Developer Program

I've been trying to join the Safari Developer Program, but I am unable to. When I agree to the license agreement, a page opens that reads:


We are unable to process your request.


There was a problem accessing the Developer Program Agreement. Please verify that you are using the same Apple ID and password you used to begin your enrollment, and try log in again.


I've done this multiple times, but it never works. I'm running Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and Safari 6.0.5.


Any help would be appreciated.

I have this same problem problem. I have 2 computers, one running OS X 10.7.5 Lion and one running OS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion. This is what the safari enroll error says:


We are unable to process your request.

Please go back to the previous page, or quit your browser and try your request again.
