Q: Enrollment Question

Some of my students are unable to enroll in my course.  They have downloaded itunes U but when I send them a link to the course they do not get a dialog box asking them to request enrollment.  I'm at a loss since other students are able to enroll.

    Whenever I've had enrollment issues my students have always been successful using the enroll code instead of the link.    To use the code just tell them to open the iTunes U app, click the Catalog button and scroll to the bottom of the page.  Click the Enroll button and enter the 9 digit code.  Hope that helps.
