Error message - original file could not be found

I recently bought a new PC. All of my iTunes library copied over to the new computer with no trouble, except for digital copies of movies. I even bought 1 movie directly from the iTunes Store and it did not copy over and I cannot download it without buying it again. All of the movies are listed under my purchases, however, when I try to open them I get the above error message. Also, I now get this error message as well on the old computer when trying to open the movies. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi SHirsch999,

When tracks or movies in iTunes display a User uploaded file it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. For this issue, we will need to refer to the following article:

iTunes: Finding lost media and downloads

Alternatively, if your media was downloaded from the iTunes Store, you may be able to download it again free of charge:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Thanks,

Matt M.
