computer wont start up

So today I went to start working on my LR and FCPX projects and when I got to the office for no reason at all my computer wont start up.

I've tried holding the "shift", "command" & "V" key from what I read to do, and now I get a black screen which pretty much said what the grey screen said.

This is the strangest thing.
