If you're asking how to stop using iCloud, you go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account. When you do, you will be asked whether to keep or delete the iCloud data from your phone.
If you have any photo stream photos that you want to save, before deleting your iCloud account open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll.
My computer has an outlook log in but my phone has hotmail hoe can i get them both the same
