Q: when I turn on the dtv it goes dirctly to I Tunes to enter the password which will not work it sayd can not connect to the service nut I can not get back to the previous screen to check the network

When I turn on the DTV  it goes to the I Tunes sign on page but it does not work it says cannot connect to the server but I cannot get back to the window to

check the network how can I do this using the apple remote as the tv remote will not work
