apple id wont let me sign in

Everytime I want to see my account and i sign in with my apple id and CORRECT password it says incorrect password and then in red it says "ConnectionManager::invoke::Failed to find service connection url". I have changed my password at least 3 times and it still wont let me sign in regardless if I have changed my password or if its correct or not. I have no idea whats going on. also on my iphone it wont let me see my account. it requires me to sign in and I do but it keeps telling me to sign in constantly
