The Galaxy S4 is an Android device. No, it is not compatible with iOS 6 or any Apple software. You are kidding, right?
Apple designs and develops their own custom chip sets for iPhones and iPads.
iOS does not support generic phone hardware because of this.
Apple would have to do some major rengineering of iOS to support non-Apple devices.
There is no reason to do this, it would not make them any money and supporting non-Apple devices would be a nightmare.
