I have a Dell and I had to buy another hard drive, I've rented 3 movies, the first one played a little out of sync, the actors lips would still be moving after dialog, I rented a 2nd movie it played with out any problems,now problem is back on 3rd movie

Ok, I have a Dell and I installed another hard drive, I also have Century Link Prism and Internet, I've rented 3 movies, the first one was not in sync, the actors lips would still be moving after their dialog had ended, then I rent another movie, there was no problem played like it was suppose to, I rent my third movie and this time it is slower than the first time, so bad I can't watch the movie, waste of money.
